1 1/2 oz elderflower liqueur
4 oz dry sparkling white wine
Sparkling water
Ice cubes
Lemon wheel, for garnish
Directions:
Place a few ice cubes into a cocktail glass. Pour the elderflower liqueur over top of the ice. Add sparkling white wine and sparkling water. Gently stir together.
